In my experience I have learned to build value-added proposals, metrics, guides and solutions that allow the development of the areas in which I am involved. Likewise, I have learned to organize projects under a mix of methodologies that have allowed me in some cases to increase project efficiency by up to 15%.
I have also learned to work with interdisciplinary groups, which allow me to unify criteria for decision-making.
Another key point is negotiation. It is always important to listen carefully and respond appropriately to each question or need, being concise and clear.
But without a doubt one of the techniques that I like the most is the WOW marketing technique, which seeks to surprise our clients. It is very efficient in generating customer retention and increasing our sales.

During my professional career I have learned to listen first and respond according to the needs. At this point it is critical to be prepared, not to negotiate without knowing what the possible results can be and without having previously prepared the communications. This makes it easier to create mutually beneficial agreements and finally to create a closure, reaffirm the agreements and put them in writing. I am pleased to say that a balance can be found between the above factors.

It's really important to be able to build a team that has the same direction.
During my professional experiences, having a multidisciplinary team without the correct leadership can lead to mistakes. Fortunately, I have had the joy of leading multidisciplinary teams with great results, allowing harmonious progress in each project.

September 2022 – PRESENT
During my stay I have led various projects throughout the Mexican Republic, I have negotiated with suppliers and clients, maintaining the project progress schedule until delivery, evaluating KPIs and assigning critical tasks, developed various methodologies to guide multiple projects, due to my diverse experiences I have supported the commercial area to establish project prices, but I consider that my greatest achievement so far has been the creation of the guide for construction managers, the creation of metrics boards for the evaluation of project progress, staff performance metrics and the creation of a payment strategy to reduce amortization to suppliers, extending the line of credit and reducing monthly fixed costs, making use of techniques such as demand elasticity analysis, market studies among others.
PROJECT MANAGER ON SITE AT COMINDE
November 2021 – August 2022
During my time at Cominde, I took on the role of project manager and was able to complete the project in the shortest possible time since it was delayed due to Covid issues. With the extension in time, the scope and cost had to be adjusted. However, I consider that my greatest achievement has been achieving a time efficiency of 30%, in just 3 months, while maintaining the initial budget of 58 million (MXN). This was possible by designing a solid performance strategy for the various areas, segmenting the original project into 3 parts or phases that need to be completed before starting the next one. This allows the effort of the staff (120 people) to focus on the successful resolution of the project. It also allowed me to design improvements to the project that reduced the initial cost of the project by 5%.

In this section I will try to explain in the best way the technical skills that help me maintain control of a project.
For this I want to remind you that there are many factors that can constitute a weakness or threat to the project, but they all affect two main factors, these factors are the ones that we must take care of throughout the project. The first factor is the budget, we must take into account that a budget must be accurate with respect to the needs of the project. The second factor is time, every project has a delivery date, so we must clearly establish the goals and milestones to follow.
Both factors are somewhat symbiotic, so changing one alters the other.
